Find your breath. Find your epiphany.

About Epiphany of Peace Psychotherapy

Healing isn’t always a loud event; more often, it is a quiet moment of clarity, a realization that despite the noise of the world, peace is possible, and you are worthy of it. I created this practice to be a sanctuary for that "spark."

I see therapy as a collaborative walk. Much like a path through the trees, our work together is about honouring where you have been while finding the breath you need to move forward. Whether you are seeking support for your child, navigating the heavy fog of grief, or rediscovering your own resilience, your story is safe here. In this space, your peace is the priority.

About Me - Caitlin Pelkey RP

My Journey to Supporting You

As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to helping others at every stage of life. From my early years working in daycare settings, where I learned the importance of play and early emotional development, to my time as a Grief and Bereavement Counsellor at Hospice Georgian Triangle, I have witnessed the incredible resilience of the human spirit.

These experiences taught me that whether you are a child navigating a new world or an adult navigating a profound loss, everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space to be heard.

My Approach

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all solution. I use an integrated therapeutic approach. I draw from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to meet you exactly where you are. I strive to provide a non-judgmental environment where you can build self-awareness and find your own "epiphany of peace."

Clinical Focus & Education

I am particularly passionate about supporting children and adolescents, drawing on my daycare background to build rapport and safety. I also find deep meaning in supporting adults and seniors, especially those navigating grief, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges.
